By accessing the Nyaya Procurement Grid, users agree to strictly adhere to the integrity and compliance regulations established for digital public infrastructure. All bidding activities are monitored, logged, and subject to audit.

Data Privacy & Transparency

To ensure fairness in public procurement, specific data points (such as winning bid amounts, evaluator scores, and vendor identities post-award) are classified as public records and will be displayed on the Transparency Ledger.

Abnormally Low Bid (ALB) Protocol

In accordance with standard procurement safeguards, any financial bid that falls significantly below the established floor or current L1 (typically >30% variance) will trigger an automated ALB flag. Vendors must provide immediate justification to avoid summary disqualification.
